GHOSTS – Frank Santo & The Visionmakers
GHOSTS – LP Cover

Not a collection.
A sequence.

Each track is a ghost. The mother whose absence opened everything. The depression that followed. The love never spoken. The love lost to death. The wrong years and the wrong compromises. The exhaustion of carrying it all alone.

And then — the reckoning. And the son.

The ghosts don't leave. You just learn their names.

Nine ghosts.

"After everything — the loss, the silence, the wrong choices, the exhaustion — I'm still here. And I have something left to say."

Frank Santo has been carrying these songs for decades. Not writing them — carrying them. The way you carry the things that happen to you before you know what to do with them.

Ghosts is an autobiography in nine songs. It begins with the death of his mother — the wound that cracked everything open — and moves through depression, two loves lost in very different ways, years of wrong compromises, the slow exhaustion of doing everything alone, and the weight of a man who has finally looked at his own life without flinching.

It ends with his son.

There is no redemption arc in the Hollywood sense. No moment where the music swells and the pain disappears. What there is instead is something rarer: the voice of a man who has named every ghost, and is still standing.

Still here.
